In application of the law of March 11, 1957 (art. 41) and the intellectual property code of July 1, 1992, any partial or total reproduction for collective use, by any process whatsoever, is strictly forbidden without authorization from the Cité Saint-Pierre.
The Office Municipal de Tourisme only authorizes you to view its content on a personal and private basis, to the exclusion of any public viewing or distribution.
Authorization for reproduction is granted in digital form only, enabling you to view it on your computer using your Internet browser.
Print-outs are authorized for private copying for the exclusive use of the copier as defined in article L. 122-5 2° of the French Intellectual Property Code.

However, the information available under the heading “All our events” is provided for information purposes only. It does not have any particular legal value, and Cité Saint-Pierre cannot be held responsible for it under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the Cité Saint-Pierre cannot be held responsible for any erroneous information, such as accommodation rates, when this information concerns a service provider who has failed to inform the Tourist Office of any changes.
